For the East-siders of Cincinnati, take your mountainbike and pack your board to the back loop of Eastfork Mt. Bike trail (about a mile from the trail head). I use my snowboard pack and ride my bike back to the back loop.  This is all single track. There's some nice long hills, good vert, and a few stump jumps. Bring a brake. To get there, take I-275 to the east side of Cincinnati, exit at the OH-125 (Beechmont Ave Exit) and go east about 7 miles (a mile or two past Amelia, OH). Turn left at the Eastfork State Park sign (signal light), enter the park and it's the first left (dirt road) past the Ranger Station on the main road into/out of the park. It's marked as mountain bike trail. Watch out for the bikers, cuz there's some blind turns on the back loop. The bikers have been cool, very busy on weekends - avoid!!!
